NOTE: All gemstones are genuine and unique. They are sourced from rock formation, then reshaped and polished

Hand-painted leather colours can vary slightly. We create each colour from scratch for every order using the same method however it may not be exact every time

* When selecting the Pre-Order button this means you have purchased one of our products and it must be made to order in our overseas workshop. 

* We advise all pre-orders take approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery. This time frame allows us to source materials and carefully produce your piece and go through quality control/packaging. The times are an estimation only and does not account for any unforeseen delays with shipping and customs clearance.

* During Covid-19 we have been forced to extend our estimation times due to last minute flight disruptions/cancellations and random customs clearance checks in other countries. There are no direct flights from Bali to Australia for cargo at this stage.

* We love offering FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING to our customers (and we know you love this too) so we do not ship items individually. Our shipping cycles are usually once a month to Australia and we appreciate your patience while we organise your orders to you every month. Of course we endeavour to get to you asap and even before our estimate time frame.

* We are able to send your order individually to you personally and if you require this service using DHL or EMS with a tracking number there is an additional cost. Please email to make any enquiries.

* During the production process we are unable to give exact times but if you wish to contact us for an estimation please do so via email Otherwise we will contact you once our shipment arrives and your order has been sent directly to you.

* NOTE: We are putting alot of effort in to being a sustainable brand. We source our materials from sustainable sources, do not pollute the planet with over-production and we support local artisans with stable and fair employment. Please do not demand a refund if the delivery date is later than the estimated time frame. These estimations are given so you are aware of a waiting period and know when you may expect your parcel. We are always working on getting your beautiful handmade pieces to you on time and refunds are not applicable if the date is not exactly 5 weeks. We all must accept there are holidays, weekends, flight changes and customs clearance in every country at various times that can disrupt our normally smooth process.

Shipping within Australia

* All regular shipping costs are included in the price of all Jodi Lee products for sale on Shop

* Express Post orders are dispatched on the same business day if orders are before 2pm and will be an additional cost.

All other Jodi Lee orders will be processed on the first business day after checkout, and shipped within 2 business days thereafter.

Please provide a detailed street address for Australia Post deliveries.

A signature will be needed for delivery otherwise a note will be left for pickup notification.

Jodi Lee is not liable for the following:

* Unexpected delays in delivery times

* Lost or stolen goods

* Damaged goods during the shipping process

International Shipping 

* All shipping costs are included in the price of all Jodi Lee products for sale on Shop

Delivery times will vary according to Australia Post, DHL and EMS post if applicable.

Orders will be delivered between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday so please ensure a signature can be provided within these times. Incorrect delivery details cannot be redirected once order has been dispatched.

Jodi Lee is not liable for the following:

* Unexpected delays in delivery times

* Lost or stolen goods

* Damaged goods during the shipping process

Please Note: Taxes and duties are not applicable to the shipping rate provided by Jodi Lee. Any taxes or duties incurred at the destination country are at the expense of the delivery recipient.

Australian export regulations require we declare the correct value of items as dutiable merchandise.

When informing our Customer Service team about a request for Return/Refund/Exchange we ask you be kind with your words, our product is handmade with the utmost love and care but we are all human and must respect one another. Each piece is made with genuine leather/suede and crystals/gemstones and we are required by Australian Law to provide the product contents as stated.

To increase speed and efficiency to you in handling any product returns for Jodi Lee we require you to do the following:

* All goods are sent in excellent condition through use of a vigilant quality control system, however if slight imperfections are missed it is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly check when received and return the goods within 7 days.

* Please notify us to let us know and provide the following information:




Reason for Return

* Once we have received the goods we can assess for repairs, replace or exchange your item depending on stock availability.

* Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items (this includes all discount codes). This also applies to change of mind.

* When requesting an exchange, credit or refund returned goods must be:
- sent with original tags and packaging intact

- not damaged, worn or washed 

* Non-faulty returned goods are shipped at the expense of the customer and must be returned by a trackable method. Shipping costs and transaction fees from Jodi Lee will be deducted from the refund to customer.

* In cases where a shipping courier delays a delivery we do not refund pre-orders and cannot take responsibility for flight disruptions and customs clearance.

Note: When emailing us regarding a return please ask for a Return Authorisation Number. This must be visible on the packaging for us to action your request.

If we are not notified within 7 days we are unable to accept exchange and refund requests.

Custom Orders

* At Jodi Lee we aim to satisfy our customers specifications and this means Custom Orders are available 

* Conditions do apply when we create a personalised piece.......because it is only made for you

* Enquire via email to about our new monogramming service to customise your pre-order!

* Refunds and Exchanges are not applicable to Custom Orders unless there is a manufacturing fault and a repair is not possible

* If you find a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately and return for assessment and repair only


Repairs (non-manufacturing faults)

* When accidents happen with your handmade creations we understand how devastating this can be. We are always happy to answer your query and offer repair solutions

* If the bag is worn or damaged we will assist with finding a solution and can organise material and cotton for repairs etc

* Due to Covid-19 we are unable to visit our workshop overseas and can only offer solutions for the customer for used item repairs
